Bryan Blackwood has worked in commercial real estate since 1998. His experience in commercial real estate is uniquely complemented by his strong background in development, engineering and site design. Bryan primarily focuses on the sale of land, office and investment properties, offering both traditional and accelerated marketing/auction of those properties. He has participated in land and site development in the Greater Greenville/Spartanburg area, as well as working on a number of commercial developments. Bryan has spent considerable time working with local, regional and national corporations in addition to private individuals and partnerships. His clients include: Exxon Mobil Foundation, The BloodConnection, First Sun Management (Wendy's), Siroflex, Inc., Christ Church Episcopal School, and Volvo GMC. Bryan's experience spans a variety of transactions including: $1.5 million build-to-suit, $650,000 site acquisition, $1.5 million lease/purchase of 70,000 SF, $950,000 corporate headquarters site purchase, $1.3 million land sale, $1.9 million land sale, $550,000 industrial building sale, and a $613,000 office transaction. A 1993 graduate of Clemson University, Bryan is recognized as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an honor attained by only 1% of real estate professionals in the world. He is a South Carolina Licensed Auctioneer - one of the few auctioneers in the Southeast that is also a CCIM.
